1. Khaos

 situated at the Greenland. The main headquarter was in Nuuk Capital city. Controlled by AIs and walled by titanium, the fortress was 24 hours being patrolled by machines and robots. Surveillance by special holographic representation of super computers, the four guardians: North, West, East and South was derived from the Red Queen concept. The largest high-tech defensed sanctuary have four watch towers which house the four holographic representations that positioned at the country's respective coastlines. The sanctuary itself was founded and maintained under by Project Noah that was now known as The Advocates after merging with the Umbrella Corporation. Khaos Headquarters was in the center of Nuuk, center of The Advocate's operations, were experiments are being done and T-virus samples were being kept.

A world heritage site and a concentric ruined castle, it was reconstructed and served as a hideout for European escapees and survivors.
