Hawaii's three volcanoes, Kilauea, Hualalai and Lo`ihi, erupted incinerating both the infected and uninfected residents. Supernatural beings were fully exposed to the public. They helped the military to evacuate the uninfected. Series of wildfire happened in Australlia. United Nations have been disbanded. Almost all cities and towns worldwide were officially abandoned except for some pacific isles, Antarctica, South and North Pole. Survivors starts to live in hiding. A mysterious solar eclipse occurred (June 11) that enhances the witches powers.

Spain, Finland, Portugal and Finland gone out of control. Russia maintained their defenses well. Although rural areas were invaded by the infected, the capital still stands. Whitehouse was moved to the first sanctuary in North Pole, the Khaos Headquarters. Independent groups, cults and organizations were formed to survived the invasion. Raccoon city was abandoned and was simultaneously bombed. People worldwide panicked, global economy goes down and crime rates increases rapidly. Project Noah was introduced. Two new breeds of undead were discovered in Texas and in France and was named as Draculus/Draculine and Lycans. Worldwide commercial international flights were baned to prevent further spread of the virus. All tv networks and media scattered information regarding the T-virus and the umbrella corp. The world declared Martial law, every individuals cooperates and , hand to hand helped each other to further prevent the worldwide outbreak.
- 2000
First, T-virus outbreak at Raccoon city. In months, the virus spread through out the continent of America and some other countries infecting millions and still counting. At the first quarter of the year, Papua New Guinea, India, Canada, Brazil, Chile,Cuba, Venezuela, New York city, Saudi Arabia, China, Vietnam and England were overrun by monsters. The remaining months gone to the fall of Sri Lanka, Yemen, Indonesia, Korea, California, Iraq, Iran, Turkey, Mongolia and Egypt.
